1. Submission Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

To maintain a high-quality, professional platform for our readers, we request all authors to follow these simple rules before hitting submit:

  2. Simple & Clear Language: Write in simple, easy-to-understand English or Hindi. Imagine you are explaining the topic directly to a 9th-grade student or a fellow teacher in the staff room.
  3. Clear Structure: Break your article into small paragraphs. Use engaging headings (like H2 and H3) and bullet points to make the content easy to read and scan.
  4. Relevant Topics: Make sure your topic aligns with Education system in India. You can write on Baords updates, subject-specific notes (like IT, Healthcare, Automotive), explain policies like NEP 2020 and the National Credit Framework (NCrF), or share classroom stories under our Trainer’s Voice category.

  • Respectful Community Tone: Hate speech, political debates, personal attacks, or disrespectful language toward any individual or organization is strictly banned.
  • Editorial Rights: The VT SKILL editorial team reserves the right to slightly edit your article for grammar, formatting, and SEO optimization before publishing. If an article violates our policy, we may remove it without prior notice.

Answer: Once you submit your article, our editorial team reviews it to ensure it follows our Content Policy. This process usually takes 24 to 48 hours.

Q4. Can I write about my personal teaching experience?

Answer: Yes, please do! We highly encourage trainers to share their real-world classroom challenges and successes under our Trainer’s Voice category. Your experiences can help guide hundreds of other teachers.

Q5. Will I get credit for my article?

Answer: Yes! Every approved article will be published under your name. Your author profile will show your name, your vocation (e.g., IT Trainer, Healthcare Expert), your state, and your bio.

Q6. I made a mistake. Can I edit my article after it is published?
